The base pattern is made on the basis of technical documentation, sketches or a reference image model. While communicating with the customer, our team gathers all necessary information and turns the designer’s idea into a base pattern and an existing model.
CORRECTIONS ON THE BASE PATTERN
If a base pattern already exists but needs additional corrections, all the details are agreed with the customer and the base pattern is corrected.
GRADING INTO THE DESIRED SIZE
After confirming the base pattern, grading to the desired size is agreed with the customer. Grading can be done according to the European (S, M, L…) or numerical (36,38,40…) system. If necessary, it is possible to grade according to the American, Chinese, French or any other system.
The range of sizes required is also agreed with the customer.
DIGITALISATION OF THE ALREADY EXISTING PATTERN
If the base pattern already exists, it is entered into the Optitex software with the help of the Digitizer. The digitizer transfers the measurements and contours of the already existing pattern into electronic form. The digitization is done if changes are needed to an existing pattern or additional copying of the pattern.
MAKING THE CUTTING PATTERN
The cutting pattern is created in the Optitex software, while the best consumption of material is obtained by automatically arranging the cutting parts. After that, the cutting pattern is printed on an adhesive paper and used when cutting layers.
PRINTING THE CUTTING PATTERN
The cuts or cutting pattern are printed from the Optitex software with the help of HP plotter. According to the width of the material, the cut is printed on paper with a width of 150 cm to 160 cm. The cuts can be printed on plain or adhesive paper, as needed.
